Roof Replacement & Recoverable Depreciation
We will work expeditiously to remove your old, damaged roof and replace it with the new roof as per the manufacturer’s specs. Modern BYLT will then send a final invoice to your insurance company to release the recoverable depreciation and any supplemental amounts that may be available in your situation.
Final Payment & Process Completion
Upon receiving your compensation for recoverable depreciation and any supplemental amounts (if applicable), contact Modern BYLT to schedule a time to collect your final payment. We will review all final paperwork and make sure you are happy with your new roof.

What a great job Steve and his team did. We were in need to get the job done quickly because we are selling that house and have moved to our new house already.
