Modern BYLT came to our rescue when we noticed water stains on our ceiling on Thanksgiving day. Turns out our original home builder never filled holes from toe boards and those small nail holes have been leaking for the last 7 years. Modern BYLT came out and was able to check the entire area, finding additional holes from other toe boards. They made a stressful situation so much easier with a quick repair, quality work, and honest pricing. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough abt this company! They went over & beyond my expectations! It only took abt 8hrs to remove old decking & shingles & replaced with new.
